- Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
- Cat profile data: Your cat's name, birthdate, breed, personality tags, and photo (optional) that you provide.
- Payment information: Billing is handled by Creem. We store only your subscription status and Creem customer ID — we never see or store your card details.
- Usage data: Oracle readings generated for your cats, including dates and content.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize your daily oracle readings.
- To manage your account and subscription.
- To send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., payment confirmations).
- To improve the service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Anthropic — AI model used to generate oracle content. Cat profile data is sent to Anthropic's API to produce your reading. Your data is not used to train Anthropic's foundational AI models.
- Creem — payment processing. Subject to Creem's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and cat data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
