By accessing or using Meow Oracle (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Hewitt (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Description of Service
Meow Oracle is an entertainment service that generates AI-powered daily oracle readings personalized to your cat's profile. The Service includes:
- Daily oracle readings based on your cat's name, birthdate, breed, and personality.
- A free tier with access to the daily oracle message.
- A paid subscription that unlocks the full oracle reading and downloadable oracle card images.
For entertainment purposes only. Oracle readings are AI-generated content and do not constitute advice of any kind.
3. Accounts
You may use the Service as a guest or by creating an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate information when registering.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Creem.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the cat profile information you provide. By submitting this information, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to generate your oracle readings and operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
- Share account access with others.
- Use automated tools to generate oracle readings at scale.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Meow Oracle name, logo, design, and generated oracle content are owned by or licensed to us. You may download and share your personal oracle cards for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that oracle readings will be accurate, meaningful, or uninterrupted. The Service is for entertainment only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hewitt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in China.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
